Cacao nibs are chocolate in its purest form - they taste sharp, not sweet, just like the Aztecs used to eat them. The Aztecs didn't add sugar to compliment the sweetness; they used vanilla. That's exactly what we've done. When you add milk, the flavours all combine to give a rich, smooth taste with a sophisticated chocolaty hint.
