Lizi’s Granola is the home of the world’s first Glycemic Load tested granola. Founded in 2003 by Dr Mick Shaw and his wife Lizi, The GoodCarb Food Company began combining their passion for food with their extensive experience in organic farming and science to create a brand new kind of granola that catered to the health needs of their customers.
Lizi’s Low Sugar Granola is a high fibre, ready-to-eat toasted cereal made from oats and nuts and seeds baked with the minimum of added sugar. Total sugar (both natural and added) is less than 4%. This granola will appeal to those who find other granola products too sweet or who are trying to reduce their sugar intake.
