Contains nuts. Oats may contain traces of wheat. This product contains milk, and is not suitable for milk allergies. However, because of the extremely low levels of lactose (< 150 ppm), it is suitable for lactose intolerance. Made in a factory which handles gluten, egg, celery, peanuts, soya, sulphites and sesame.

Just add cold water to get a delicious serving of Lizi’s Original granola and milk that you can eat straight from the pack anytime, anywhere.
Remove spoon sachet from base of pack.
To get to the spoon tear off the tab at the hinge end of the sachet and assemble spoon.
Place the pack on a flat surface and using both thumbs push down where indicated. The pack will pop open at the top and convert into a cup.
Now add water. Start with just a little, 3 spoons (15 ml) is about right, and mix thoroughly. This will give a creamy consistency to the granola. If you prefer it more milky, just add more water. If you prefer you can add warm water, but do not add boiling water nor attempt to microwave this product.
After eating dispose of the spoon and packet responsibly.
