A winning combination. Hazelnuts and cacao are a winning combination – they’re even better when they’re warm. We roast the hazelnuts just before we make the oatmeal, to ensure that they keep more of their flavour. Then we grind them finely and add cacao powder to give this porridge a smooth, deep texture. Finally we chuck in some little knobbly bits of cacao so there are crunchy treats in every mouthful.
