Have you ever wondered what else you can do with your Raw Bites haul? We include food items such as sandwich spreads, juices, canned water, and milk which are very flexible when you want to experiment with them. One in particular is the Rude Health non-dairy milk. Rude Health has been a staple in Raw Bites boxes and our e-Grocery, and here are exciting new ways you can incorporate this healthy treat into your diet:
1. Make popsicles.
These frozen treats are the perfect snack to have on those hot and sweltering days. These Hazelnut Ice Popsicles just need a package of Rude Health’s hazelnut drink, plain yogurt, two big bananas, and honey thrown together into a blender and poured into molds to freeze before you can enjoy them.
2. Blend into smoothies.
For hectic mornings when you don’t have the time to sit down and eat breakfast, making a smoothie is a great option. Simply pour in some Rude Health drink of your choice into a blender, along with half an avocado, half an apple, and half of a banana with two to three ice cubes to make this Super Green Smoothie.
3. Your morning lattes.
Make your morning coffee more nutritious by adding a splash of Rude Health Almond Milk into your cup. Try out this Turmeric Latte that will give you a much-needed immunity boost during the rainy season.
4. Make it into a milkshake.
Rude Health’s website has a plethora of recipes you can make with their products. They’ve come up with milkshake combinations in all colors of the rainbow so check it out here and see which one you like best.
5. As a special ingredient in your muffins.
If you want something more filling, make some oatmeal muffins with a splash of the Rude Health Oat Drink. This Banana & Dark Chocolate Sprouted Spelt Muffin recipe from their website is easy to follow and will make for a yummy afternoon treat.
