Biz Trend: Eco-Constructionism

With all the distress around our dying ecosystems and the frailty of our planet, more and more startups and businesses (including yours truly) are focusing on efforts that will do their portion in saving the planet. While we ourselves don't claim to be a hundred percent knowledgeable in the term "eco-conscious", the brands we work with and bring into our boxes all have this in common. Even the flour they use is sourced from a supply network of flour that supports truly local planters and farmers. This concept of keeping everything controlled, small, and meaningful is symbolized their small, good biscuits and dried fruits, which are their main products.
