Longanisa and Salted Egg Lasagna

For 8 servings
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 kg longanisa
- 4-6 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 whole onions (minced)
- Half cup coriander (sliced)
- Half cup basil (sliced)
- 4 tbsps olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Half tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup pork stock
- 2 jars of Hida Chorizo Bolognese
- 6-8 pcs salted eggs
- 1 cup mozzarella shreds
- Half cup parmesan shreds
- Lasagna sheet, cooked or instant
DIRECTIONS for MEAT SAUCE
- Sauté onions and garlic into hot oil.
- Add Longanisa and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly browned.
- Add Hida Chorizo Bolognese and stir for 20 minutes
- Add seasoning including cayenne pepper
- Add herbs
BUILD YOUR LASAGNA
- Layer meat sauce and lasagna sheet with salted egg & cheese in between
- Bake for 10 minutes at 175 degrees
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving
