Longanisa and Salted Egg Lasagna

For 8 servings


  • 1.5 kg longanisa
  • 4-6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 whole onions (minced)
  • Half cup coriander (sliced)
  • Half cup basil (sliced)
  • 4 tbsps olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Half tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup pork stock
  • 2 jars of Hida Chorizo Bolognese 
  • 6-8 pcs salted eggs
  • 1 cup mozzarella shreds
  • Half cup parmesan shreds
  • Lasagna sheet, cooked or instant


  1. Sauté onions and garlic into hot oil.
  2. Add Longanisa and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly browned.
  3. Add Hida Chorizo Bolognese and stir for 20 minutes
  4. Add seasoning including cayenne pepper
  5. Add herbs


  1. Layer meat sauce and lasagna sheet with salted egg & cheese in between
  2. Bake for 10 minutes at 175 degrees
  3. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving
