Responsibility
- Management of PL inventory from raw materials to finished product
- Update system/sheets for every incoming and outgoing stock
- Reconcile inventory every end of the week
- Ensure proper supply levels are maintained from raw mat to finished product
- Provide monthly forecast on stock movement
- Continuous review of administrative activities to ensure accuracy results in all aspects of operations from forecast to order fulfillment.
- Track performance against monthly forecast and provide recommendations (as needed)
- Prepares all orders in relation to PL
- Quality checks
- Ensure correct barcodes and expiry dates
- Items are packed properly and no damage
- Ensure all outbound orders are in order
- All products complete loaded for transport
- Coordinate with external partners for PL production
- Organize stock placement in Warehouse
Requirements
- Degree in business or marketing preferred
- Analytical and Numerical
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills coupled with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels within the business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Availability to work 5 days per week (QC-based)
