Hot masala chai on a rainy day are like hugs in a cup. Ralph's go-to drink to drive the bad juju away. He is a human early warning device when flu season is approaching.

Suggested brewing:

  1. 3-4 tsp to 200mL water
  2. Boil or steep at 100c for 5-8 mins
  3. Strain and enjoy!
    To make Hot Masala Chai Latte:
    1. On a saucepan, boil 4-5 tsp of Masala Cacao Mix
    2. Using 500mL of milk
    3. Stir constantly
    4. Strain & pour over the cup

    Store in a cool dry place.
